Greg Staley has a proven track record of directing business and sales strategy, leading organizations to achieve growth and increased profitability.
He comes with over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Products Industry, beginning with global companies including SC Johnson & Sons and Maple Leaf Foods.
Greg more recently, directed his big business experience towards small to mid-sized companies where he excelled at taking new and existing brands to market. Working to build infrastructures for smaller companies has gained him valuable knowledge and experience to quickly build brands.
James Staley has 20+ years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry in Canada, 11 of which was a highly successful career at Canada’s largest food manufacturer.
During his corporate career, James held a senior management position in Marketing and led a multi-category team with direct combined P&L responsibility of $110 Million in annual sales.
His background is robust, with hands on experience across many business disciplines including; sales, finance, category management, consumer research, consumer marketing and innovation, manufacturing and regulatory navigation.
